Frequently Asked Questions

If you have a question that is not answered here, please feel free to visit our Contact Us page and ask the appropriate department.

1. What day of the week is GenWeekly sent out?

GenWeekly is published each Thursday.

2. I am a subscriber to GenWeekly (or I have signed up for the Free Trial) and I haven't received my issue of GenWeekly.

If you are not receiving our weekly email reminder, it is possible we are being blocked by your SPAM filter. Be sure to add "noreply@genweekly.com" to your email program's address book.

3. I just received this week's GenWeekly email, but I cannot open the file or click on the article links.

GenWeekly is published in PDF format, and a copy is sent to subscribers attached to an email. The software to read .PDF files is free and installed on most new computers. If you are unable to install this program, you can read each week's articles by logging in to the GenWeekly website and clicking "Current Articles."

4. Why does the GenWeekly reminder email come from an address that says "no reply"? What does that mean?

Oftentimes, individuals will close an email account and not notify us. When an email is undeliverable, it is returned to the sender. Because we send out tens of thousands of emails a week, we get hundreds of emails like this each week. We ask that our subscribers not correspond to us through this address because it can easily be lost. Thus, it is called "no reply." Please visit our Contact Us page to obtain the proper email address of the department you would like to contact.
